How do I manage my Server backups with Discount Domains

Its Important to create and manage your own website backups. We retain emergency backups for use in the case of a server failure, but clients need to generate their own backups and ideally periodically download them for their own security,

Here are the steps for managing your own backups.

Step 1

Open a web browser and navigate to your domain /cpanel

Step 2

Login using your Cpanel user name and password this will have been sent to you when you first ordered your email or hosting package.

Step 3

Select the backup manager

Step 4

Select Download or Generate a full website backup

Step 5

Select Generate backup
